Job Introduction

The HR Team is a central service to the Group and supports the growth, wellbeing, and development of our colleague over their career.

The Recruitment co-ordinator will primarily support the recruitment and retention function with all aspects of the employee journey. Implementing new recruitment processes and procedures and be the point of contact for leaders when creating vacancies. The HR System (MyTLI) will be an integral part of the day, loading vacancies, setting up interviews processing offers and then obtaining certifications and supporting Work Experience, Graduate and Leadership Pathway courses.

Main Responsibilities

  • Deliver a best-in-class Recruitment Journey for new entrants and internal department. 
  • Engage with internal departments & key stakeholder to establish departmental and individual recruitment strategies.
  • Prioritise workloads in our fast pace contracting environment.
  • Support leaders in their creation of adverts for our recruitment system.
  • Process all vacancies for authorisations on the ATS/HR System
  • Schedule interviews and follow up with leaders for feedback.
  • Engage with potential candidates and qualify their suitability.
  • Work on our Graduate/College/WE Programs to attract and recruit the right individuals.
  • Plan the online and face to face careers events.
  • Provide guidance and advice on right to work, visa’s, salary, benchmarking, benefits, training and development and careers progression.
  • Support the offer and onboarding process
  • Ensure all paperwork is collated and processed fully.
  • HR Systems development and roll out. (SAGEHR, TLI Group Careers Pages)
  • Support the leadership learning programs and ensure individuals are entered into the new system correctly.
  • Develop and continuously learn as part of the objectives process.
  • Support the wider HR Team as and when required


The Ideal Candidate


  • Degree or Diploma in HR and or Recruitment or equivalent
  • CIPD would be a distinct advantage
  • Full EU driving license



  • Experience with MS Office, particular MS Excel
  • Be able to evidence exposure to recruitment support and campaigns


  • Flexible and able to adapt quickly
  • Ability to work with minimum supervision
  • Ability to work within a team
  • Excellent Communication & Interpersonal Skills
  • Able to balance competing priorities and meet personal targets within a fluctuating & demanding workload
